...calls it a night
Chilliz promotions, the DJ management agency behind Funkndisorderly, regrets that DJ Colito (aka Funkndisorderly) is to call it a night.
After enjoying almost three years behind the decks and residency with the biggest club brands in the north of England, funkndisorderly is to concentrate on his other personal and professional interests outside of the club scene.
Colito commented that “he has loved every minute and his decision is purely his own and in no way a reflection on the clubs, promoters or his management, whom he will remain close friends” and thanks them for their fantastic support, since he first emerged on the club scene.
He felt that his other interests were making it increasingly difficult for him to devote the time to being a club DJ that it deserves.
He vacates his residencies at Freakshow, Federation and Organic with immediate effect.
His decision to quit has stunned his management who state “The northern club scene has lost one of the most talented, versatile DJ’s, and one of the nicest guys you could meet” and wishes Colito every success with his other ventures.

From the creators of Manchester's two biggest and most loved events, Federation and Uni Challenge present a brand new weekly club night; Freakshow, a dirty, twisted manifestation of the UK's biggest house night.
Freakshow will be taking over the weekly, Saturday night slot at the reincarnation of the legendary club that brought the Manchester gay scene kicking and screaming out of the closet in the early 90s. Fast forward almost 20 years and Manchester is once again in for a treat as ladies and gentlemen, may we present The Number One Club.
From October, Funkndisorderly will be joining the amazing Freakshow DJ line-up that includes the cream of the gay club scene.
ORGANIC
Since August 2006 Organic has been setting the standard in afterhours clubbing in Manchester. Every Saturday Night / Sunday Morning those that seek dirty house beats and chunky audio grooves congregate at Organic with one thing in mind: Staying up late to party!
Organic is the only club night in the gay village dedicated to underground house and electronic music and although situated in the village is an after-hours experience for anyone with an open mind and a love of clubbing.
Each month Funkndisorderly will play an exclusive DJ set back to back with award winning DJ/Producer and Organic head honcho Nik Denton, to serve up generous helpings of wickedly tough, chunky, fierce underground house vibes.
With Organic's legendary soundtrack it's easy to see how it is still Manchester's no.1 after hours event.
Organic is the official After Party for Freakshow and Bitch.

Manchester's infamous after hours club, Organic at Audio, in conjunction with Homie Sexual hosts a Halloween After hours party with 2 floors of music. Alongside Organic residents, Funkndisorderly to get the party started with an exclusive 2 hour debut set, will be DJ Devlish from one of London's biggest clubbing brands, from 2am until late.
JUICED at FLAMINGOS
Flamingos is the biggest polysexual club in the South West and boasts two main arena's, both with their own unique style, atmosphere and mix of music. In addition it has four main bars, a VIP lounge, pool room and chill out area.

Hosted on the last Sunday of every month from 7pm til 1am at boutique Leeds, Funkyboudoir is bringing back the funk and is set to be the sexiest monthly event Leeds has seen in years. Funkndisorderly are pleased to confirm an exclusive 2hour set as part of the Funkyboudoir Launch party.

Federation's Warehouse sessions launched from Victoria Works Leeds the new home of Federation, even bigger than Blank Canvas!! 18,000sq ft of clubbing heaven, funkndisorderly was there as one of the resident Dj's and kicked things off in the Engine Shed, playing to a capacity crowd and making Federation history, being the first ever Dj to play Victoria Works.

NYE 07 we had Fibre absolutley packed and the whole place was buzzing, what a way to end 2007 the way it started in Fibre Leeds' award winning best bar.

SEPTEMBER saw funkndisorderly play at Glitz in Burnley, the headline DJ was non other than Chris Lake on the UK leg of his world tour, a great night and build up as part of Colito's shakedown for his Federation debut.

UK's BIGGEST EVER DJ COMPETITION
Having beaten some real fierce competition, over 200 entrants to be exact and got through to the UK's biggest ever DJ competition finals. Last year it was held in Ibiza, but this year's event is in the UK.
Funkndisorderly are going to be in the studio in 2010 and collaborating with a couple of very big names!! Can't tell you too much right now but keep checking up for for news!!
